" I'll snatch up a bunch of those when they come out in 15mm…"

Are they meant to?

Big piggies of this type would fit the image of S.T.A.L.K.E.R. "wild boar" perfectly!

I await developments with interest.

Those'd be about 15 feet at the shoulder in 15mm. Pretty sure I've seen pics of domestic hogs about that big from the 1920s…

Always been a city boy, but spent time on relatives' farms; as a child who misstepped in a pigpen on occasion, they LOOKED that big, but weren't. Mind you, vicious, nasty…

When searching tallest on record, all I'm seeing is biggest, which, natch for pork, is based on weight, but NONE are as tall at the shoulder as 6'.

TheBeast, hogs can get to 6' at the shoulder – I was born on a farm but the biggest I ever saw was at a state fair and it, along with several others, were 6' at the shoulder. Damn big hogs. Long time since I've lived on a farm, very long time.

How do I know it made it to 6'? I'm a bit north of 6' and the critter was only a smidgen shorter than me.

I encountered a pack of wild boar while out hiking and they weren't that big but I guarantee you I gave them a very wide berth. I'd say they were 4' at the shoulder – but I wasn't going to get close enough to verify.
