What is on the backs of each Battle Mat? Is it just the base color of the material? Any way to make them two sided with the same colors? |

The back is just plain white (yes, the base color of the material). No way yet to make them two sided. Thank you for your questions, let me know if you have other questions. Chris Cigar Box Battle Mats |

Hi Chris How do you package the mats before shipping? Thanks! PS: I am thinking to order one of your mats as a Christmas gift for myself! |

basileus66 – thank you for the inquiry, our manufacturer sets the mat in a plastic bag and shipped in a standard postal shipper. If you want the mat by Christmas and are in the USA, you need to order by Tuesday Dec, 2. If you are outside of the USA, we can't guarantee the delivery by Christmas at this point. Just ordered! It doesn't matter if it doesn't reach me for Christmas (I am in Spain). After all, the day we exchange gifts in my country is January 6th! |

So nice to have a competitor to Hotz Mats. I wish you luck and hope to see your mat line expand. Would love to see a large Rorkes Drift Matt one day for 28mm. By the way, is 48x72 the largest available? To do that (Rorkes) right (with the Warlord games set), it actually takes a 72 x 90 minimum (or perhaps a two piece set would work with two 48 x 72 side by side would work). In lieu of that ever happening (a Rorkes layout, as everyone has their fav. battlefield to be sure) do you ever do custom orders for such a thing? Tried to do this (Rorkes custom) with Hotz, waited 9 months and the end result is he decided he could not do custom orders for a while, so canceled (9 months after the order was put in – 2 years before his studio move, so not for that reason). I hear I'm not the only one who requested that layout too. Anyhow, fine looking product, I'm sure I'll be picking something up one day soon. |

CaptHobby! Sorry for the wait, I need to figure out my email preferences for TMP so I can get back with Gents when you ping me! Yes, our 4x6 plus is our largest size currently. You are correct, we have many requests that we are working through, and Roarkes is one of them. The 2 mat combo is a fine idea! We do not currently take custom mat orders unfortunately. Thank you for the compliments! Good Gaming, Chris Cigar Box Battle Mats |

Chris, Thank you so much and no problem for the delay. I think I may have something very helpful for you in making the Rorkes Drift idea come about. I'm going to send an e-mail to your site's e-mail address. Feel free to give a reply if you're interested. |
