What the heck movie is that "Monkey Man" pic from…?!?

Probably from a Chinese version of "Journey to the West", a classic Chinese novel.

Many movies have been made about Sun Wukong, the most recent was the Chinese production 'The Monkey King' starring Donnie Yen.

The most famous version in N. America was 'The Forbidden Kingdom,' starring Jet Li and Jackie Chan.

Me neither. Most non-Asians see Chinese kung-fu movies as parodies from watching badly dubbed Shaw Brothers on the El Rey network, or borderline racist stereotypes like "Big Trouble in Little China" and "The Man with the Iron Fist."
