Got me a set when they were released a couple of weeks ago. They need some minor skill to built, as all heads and some weapons come extra, but that done they are second to none in sculpt, cast and historical authenticity. Worth every penny…

I am sure this has been asked and answered before, but how do these compare height/heft-wise with other manufacturers like Old Glory, Redoubt, GW Empire plastic and earlier metal, or others? My recollection is that Steel Fist are not large figures, but I may be not remembering correctly.

I would estimate them to be slightly larger then the Perry minis (both the Foundry Landsknechts and the plastic sets), roughly the size of the Artizan, but with the more realistic stature of the Perrys. You can mix them with both within the same unit, and will be hard pressed to see a difference between Steel Fist and the Perrys.

Apart from the equipment they are also in size and proportion a good match for the Victrix plastics (that just because I have some Hoplites right next here beside the Landsknechts).

Redoubt and GW Empire are usually a bit larger and more massive, and some Old Glory tend to go the other way – still I field them in the same army, if not the same unit.

I agree with Puster. Worth every penny and second to none.
