OK this is not the size I would want to game this genre, but those are just cool and fun looking.

Agree one of the appeals of 15 mm and one reason I game 15 mm Science Fiction is you can do a lot more with less space. For this particular genre you would benefit from perhaps N Gauge Model railroad buildings and the like which would make for a great looking table. Or would HO scale work better? I know that HO is more toward 1/72 and therefore 20 mm figures but I have seen some folks use HO scale with 15s.

You could shrink down a lot of the print-and-play cardboard terrain to 15mm easily enough to do a whole city, and there are laser-cut MDF options too.
