I understand the appeal of plastic but sometimes, you just don't want to bother with all the assembly.

As for the Perrys' US Infantry, my wallet is crying (as usual).

Flash removal is the issue with metals. Assembly is the issue with hard plastics. Neither is effortless, although cleanly cast metal figures are sometimes obtained. Assembly is unavoidable with the hard plastics.
