Very nice! But why do space carriers always need flight decks? :) |

That is my favorite part! |

fastest way to recover small ships? |

Because space carriers are awesome. That one is sharp. Do they have deck decals? |

I don't care if the light deck makes sense, that looks great (in the same way that bipedal mechs are cool). The fact that the fighters are too big to get through the port bothers me a touch, but not too much – there are compromises that have to be made with scale. Doug |

In the Silent Death line, the ships are assumed to fall out of the ports, not stay on them like carriers we have. If you ever watched Space Above and Beyond
it's kinda like that. And this is cool because in SD, there are two carriers. One with eight pads and one with six. They can launch technically that many a turn, this would launch two. |

I think the British line from Brigade is there best. I really want to get all the British ships. I personally hate that the fighters are too big. I know I know its so they are not to small. Its just I have a problem with scale; it drives me nuts. The ships are however fantastic and on my list of must haves. |

that looks soo cool. How long is it? |

@thatjimguy, you read my mind. This would make a splendid "mouse carrier" for SD:TNM built on a corvette hull. Very sharply done, and I like the fleet scale fighters too, very nicely rendered IMHO. Leland R. Erickson Metal Express metal-express.net |

Doug, Stealth – the fighters aren't exactly the same scale as the ships, I make them a bit overscale otherwise they would be ridiculously small – to the point where you might as well use counters. All the time they're sitting on their own stands it works for me, it's only obvious if you mount some on the flight deck. Charles – 85mm tip to tail. |

The 'ad' doesn't give the full rollout of the pack: 1 x Bulwark class Carrier 2 x Halifax class Light Cruiser 3 x Wessex class Escort Destroyer 3 x Lance class Frigate 12 x Kestrel Interceptor 12 x Mosquito Attack Fighter 17 x Black plastic flying stand 8 x Fighter Stand I underestimated 'and escorts', misread 12 of 'each' fighter. Eight ships for a fine squadron for my favorite, FT, and carrier and eight stands of fighters, almost as a bonus. Tony and the lads, KEWL. I find the 'deck' understated compared to a lot; says carrier to those that need it, explicable (I thought of three while typing) detail to those that don't. I can imagine the fighters coming out the port, then deploying wings, but not seeing room for 12, support, AND a ship, but I know how lousy a spacial judge I am. 'No, Doug, really, it works.' ;->= Doug |

@ Tony Francis. The new British ships you are doing are just fantastic. I love the fighters too. Ignore me with my scale thing with the fighters LOL :-). Its just me being a crazy person. I really like the fighter design. The British ships just do it for me. And that carrier is spot on. |
