Stan has been producing figures since the 70's. It's great to see that he's still able to produce new figures. |

Stan if you read this what happened to your Vietnam Range. I refuse to ever sell off the 20mm Special Forces, Rangers, US Marines and Viet Cong figures. I've looked on every page of your website and you never have them listed. |

The Vietnam figures were sold to Viking Forge many years ago. I think Loren told me he sold them off a few years ago, Check with Loren at Viking Forge he can tell you who has them now. Stan |

Angus 858 writes: I remember playing Space Opera, gosh it must have been over 20 years ago. It was too complex to work as a RPG but we adapted the combat rules for tabletop mini battles and had a lot of fun with it |

I have these in 28mm "too many years ago" from Stan. I wanted more but they were discontinued
Wow, are these "true" /"original" 15mm or "heroic" 15mm (i.e., 18mm) in size? Gracias, Glenn |
| Stan Johansen | 10 May 2008 2:42 p.m. PST |
Glenn these measure 19mm bottom of paw to top of head. The adventures in this line are 15 to 16mm but it is not because they are "heroic" its because they are Grizzly sized. Stan |

Blarads from SPACE MARINES after all these years. Look to me like the old T-Rex Miniatures figures for Space Opera modified by Stan's talented hands. I've still got a pair of the originals and the human adventurers too. I was so excited at the time, as they were perfect for the old Traveller RPG, and so disappointed when T-Rex went under all of a sudden, taking the minis (so it seemed) with them. Well done, Stan! The Adventures pack and the alien adventures pack that the Dracons and Blarads were in were originally done for Scott at FGU. At about the same time I was doing the figures for FGU's MERC game, and had been doing the 25mm Space Marines first for Fan Tac Games than FGU when they aquired the Space Marines rules. FGU asked me to make and expand the Space Opera figures, I guess because T-Rex went under and could not supply the figures anymore. Right after that FGU closed up in NY and pretty much disapeared themselves. I lost contact with them untill about 3 years ago. The Blared conversions were actually started over 20 years ago, I found them in an old box of master MERC figures and decided to finish them. |

15mm Space bears with guns – That is so incredibly useful to gmaers I cannot believe it hasn't been done before. Refer to Gordon Dicksons' novels for scenarios, people – this has to be the best release this year so far! Well done, Stan! ( The only thing to top it would be 15mm Boomers . . . ) |

Very nice Stan. Some Sci Fi Wolves and sentient bugs such as the Starguard Dreenoi would be great additions. Cheers Mark |

So, Stan, are you thinking of making the Rauwoof in this scale possibly? While I am dreaming, How about Klackons? Crabs/Bugs in this scale would fill some Bug Hunt niches. I have some less then 25mm scale Not-Star Ship Troopers in P. A. (manufacturers unknown) from the late 1970's/1980's I could match against them
On the Bounce! The other races from FGU's Space Marines rules would be good but market size might be lacking
so I won't ask. Gracias, Glenn |

I have been collecting some wolf pictures and I may in the future do some in 15mm. What do you gamers think armored suits like the Boomers or dressed more like the Blarads? I like putting the 25mm Klackons up aginst the 15mm troops, so I don't plan on 15mm Klackons or Rauwoofs if I get the wolves done that should cover the dog race. |

"The Blared conversions were actually started over 20 years ago, I found them in an old box of master MERC figures and decided to finish them." Stan, thank you for saving these! I have always felt that the FGU classic SPACE MARINES was better handled in 15mm than any other scale. You keep this up and I'll have to resurrect my copies and start playing again

So the 25mm Klackons are still available? Gracias, Glenn |
| Stan Johansen | 11 May 2008 5:31 p.m. PST |
Yes the Klackons are still available. Look under 25mm Star Armor on the web site. 2 sets infantry and heavy weapons. Stan |

Duh on me. Guess I missed that when I saw the "Other Races" were taken out of production. He who hesitates is lost
or at least the miniatures he had as a lower priority are lost. My Bad. Gracias, Glenn |

Interesting new race for all sorts of rules order on the way). Shame the Boomers are not available in 15mm. Any plans in that direction Stan? Paul |
| Stan Johansen | 13 May 2008 11:50 a.m. PST |
At this time I really had no plans for the 15mm Si-Fi line but considering the reaction the Blarads received and the fact that I have had to order more sets from the caster already, I'm giving it a lot of thought. Stan Johansen |

Nice problem to have Stan, mind you the Blarads should keep me busy for a few weeks – so no hurry :-) |
