6mm is a helluva base! I think the thickest I tend to go is 3mm and even that's a bit clumsy looking (to my eyes). Still, the acrylic might look nice if the colour was good (and it helps your project). Not sure it'll ever stop some people picking up figures by their heads! John T |

Quite like the idea of thicker bases for Hail Caesar command stands and SAGA (and the like). May see if others in our little coven are interested so we can buy in 'bulk'. |

I'll be buying. I love the look of thick bases – I use 1/4" thick for my 25/28mm forces. |

We always used the thick Renaissance Ink bases for 28mm--these might fill that need now that RI seems to have gone away. |
