Stellar Conflicts and Uprisings
- Is a miniatures game designed for 25mm scale figures, with
no more than thirty 25mm figures and 1-4 vehicles per side, up to Platoon
sized games can be played out in 3-4 hours time.
- Larger battles may
be played up to company sized units if using 15mm scale models.
"Bravo section, I want you to cover that right flank while I
advance to that hill top," 1Lt Driesmond yelled into the Comm link.
"Roger, Sir, we got you covered," said Platoon Sergeant Jacob.
As 1Lt. Driesmond's tank came to the crest of the hill, he saw that
the enemy was pounding "Able One" positions with direct fire from their
tanks.
"Bravo section advance and engage those tanks on the right flank
NOW!" yelled 1Lt. Driesmond. Looking through the viewer he yelled to
the Gunner, "Gunner Sabot Left Tank, Identified! Fire! On the
way!" The tank rocked back from the recoil of the main gun blast.
The far-left enemy tank in the distance erupted into a giant fireball.
Tank Battle began in earnest as the Infantry was locked in hand to hand
combat between the battling behemoths.
- Hidden counters and tactical movement, spotting attempts, and
simultaneous combat keep the players active during the game. Leadership,
experience levels, engineer support, artillery, and vehicles play an
important part in the games final outcome.
- A Scenario Generator
is provided to ease the make up of forces that will do battle in your games.
Scenarios are included so you can get right to the game and learn its
mechanics.
- Five alien races and three Human factions fight for control
of the known universe.
- One counter sheet to mark your units and
two Artillery Blast Templates sheets.
We are advertising the release of
the rules and some gaming terrain pieces this weekend, but the actual release
is October 22, 1999.
