Thanks Zarathud, that's right. It's a new range. We did have a river range before that had straights and curves and this system works better than that did. I hadn't seen the range you mention Anthony and haven't been rummaging around in your terrain box, honest. I got the idea from Scalextric track, so definitely not original.

I don't really think there is anything truly new or original anymore. My old Art History lecturer used to insist that the last truly original design was the Mona Lisa, so I'll defer to him.

We Are Pleased to Announce the Release of Our New River System!

River Sections

The rivers are available in three widths, the width of the water is 20mm, 50mm and 100mm with a standard-sized river bank that is the same across the range.

Each river section features a 30° bend. Placing these in alternate directions enables the river to wind its way across the table in a natural, realistic manner, while placing more than one in the same direction gives you a river bend. You don't need straight and bend sections, saving on cost and storage space.

The river sections come in sets of six, with each section covering 300mm of table. Also available are junction sets. These come in sets of two – three sets for each of the river widths, and three sets with a narrower tributary fork of one of the narrower river sections, one left and one right.

The rivers are available in a standard black or light brown.
