Players take part in skirmish-level combat amidst the ruins of a city, once part of an ancient empire that has now fallen. Creating a suitable Wizard character as a leader, you then have to put together a series of supporting characters to aid you in your quest for artifacts and knowledge. These followers include apprentices, thugs, armored knights, assassins and many more.
Players will be using some of the new, official metal figures soon to be available from North Star Military Figures. Examples of the upcoming plastic figures will also be available for viewing. As the realm of Magic is a key part of the game, your wizard will be using one of the ten schools of magic, but there is also ample opportunity for some good, old-fashioned slaughter!
Turn up at the Wargames Illustrated 'Zone' at Salute 2015, play through adventures from a range of detailed scenarios over the course of one to two hours, and try to acquire experience, additional equipment, wealth and, above all, power!
