In the news this week at MagisterMilitum.com, we've taken 15% off the price of our 617 Squadron range of 1:1200 aircraft until the end of March, in recognition of the 80th anniversary of the formation of 617 Squadron on 23rd March.

Most packs, including the Lancaster, are now £4.70 GBP until the end of March.

617 Squadron was formed at RAF Scampton in 1943 in order to attack dams in the Ruhr Valley using the Barnes Wallis 'bouncing bomb'.

The Eder and Mӧhne dams were destroyed in the Dambusters raid, Bomber Command thus disrupting German industry in WWII.
