Russians Invade Chitral!
On 5 February 1891 – that is to say, on Saturday, 24 September 2022 at 1400 – the Russians will be invading Chitral, aiming to block an Anglo-Indian force headed to relieve the beleaguered garrison of Chitral Fort.
HMGS-South is sponsoring Hurricon 22 at Kissimmee, Florida, from 22-25 September.
The game, hosted by Jeff Baumal, features Askari Miniatures' Russians. And probably some inferior British imperialists, too, destined for defeat at the hands of the Tsar's finest.
If you go, you will also meet "Last Stand Dan" Gurule with his incredible gunboats and some Askari sailors and adventure figures.
