This week, we see the new line of Slave 2 Gaming 18mm tanks for the Alternate World War One range known as the Dark World War, both the British and the Prussians get armored up with new releases.
The two main tank designs are based on the real WWI tanks for their era, with the British Mark IV being used for the British, and the A7V being used for the Prussians, and although the British tanks are designed off the Mark IV, they have been given slightly different names for the sake of the alternate world and the uniqueness of the figures.
All of the tanks are a solid resin bodied figure with the smaller parts and the side sponsons being cast in metal.
The British Mark II's come with either a centre cannon or machinegun, but no sponsons, as they have the engine cooling vents on the side. It also comes as a transport with the center mounted machinegun.
The British Mark III's also come with come with either a centre cannon or machinegun, but they have the side sponsons which can also be fitted with either the machineguns or cannons.
The Prussian A7V comes as the historical version did, with a single centre mounted cannon and six machineguns, mounted on the sides and rear of the vehicle. We call this the A7V Mk 1.
If you want to know more or pick up some of these figures, we are open for business and you can contact us on Facebook, or via email.
