AWIRules Updated: Free Computer Assist Rules for the AWI (v4.0)

I think a distinction needs to be made between computer assisted and computer moderated systems. This is clearly a computer assisted system…from the screen shot with the announcement the program doesn't streamline the process, which in many ways should be the selling point of computer moderated rules…it seems you have to tell the program what formation the firing unit is in and the situation of the target with regard to being in a building, etc.

Alternatively the Carnage and Glory computer moderated AWI system does not need that information for the firing unit, it already knows what formation it is in, and only needs a portion of the target information…if the target was in a building the CGA program would already have that information.
