Paul at Warlord Games Sponsoring Member of TMP of Warlord Games writes:

Air raid sirens are beginning to wail as the latest Blood Red Skies bombers and transports have been seen approaching from the east! Including Bristol Blenheim Mk IV, Junkers JU-88A and JU-52, Liszunov Li-2 and Tupolev SB-2…

Blood Red Skies expands its horizons with these new bombers and transports!

Bristol Blenheim MK IV

Bristol Blenheim MK IV

Bristol Blenheim MK IV Model

The Bristol Blenheim was originally developed from a design for a fast civil airliner. At the outbreak of WWII, Blenheims formed the mainstay of the RAF bomber squadrons fighting over Europe, and went on to see action in Africa, Asia and even on the Eastern Front.

Over 4,000 Blenheims were built before it was retired in favor of newer designs.

Contains:

3x Bristol Blenheim MkIV British Bomber
3x Decal sheet
3x Advantage Flying Base and extension
3x Double-sided Pilot Skill discs
1x Aircraft Card
1x Assembly instruction leaflet

Junkers JU-88A

Junkers JU-88A

Junkers JU-88A Model

Originally designed as a Schnellbomber (fast bomber), the Junker JU-88 became Germany's most successful multi-role combat aircraft in World War II.

The production ran from 1936 to 1945 and over 16,000 were built, more than any other twin-engine plane in the Luftwaffe.

Contains:

3x Junkers JU-88 A German Bomber
3x Decal sheet
3x Advantage Flying Base and extension
3x Double-sided Pilot Skill discs
1x Aircraft Card
1x Assembly instruction leaflet

Junkers JU-52

Junkers JU-52

Junkers JU-52 Model

The venerable Tante Ju (Auntie Ju) was slow and outdated at the beginning of WWII, but it soldiered on as the Luftwaffe's most ubiquitous transport plane throughout the war.

The JU-52 was reliable and could carry a wide variety of loads, from much-needed equipment to elite airborne troops – the Fallshirmjager!

Contains:

3x Junkers JU-52 German Transport Aircraft
3x Decal sheet
3x Advantage Flying Base and extension
3x Double-sided Pilot Skill discs
1x Aircraft Card
1x Assembly instruction leaflet

Liszunov LI-2

Liszunov LI-2

Liszunov LI-2 Model

The American C-47 Skytrain (Dakota to the RAF) was a militarized redesign of the civilian DC-3 airliner, highly valued for its rugged endurance.

Under lend-lease agreements with the Soviet Union, the redesigned DC-3 became the Li-2 transport with notable turret defense now included.

Contains:

3x Soviet Liszunov Li-2 Transport Aircraft
3x Decal sheet
3x Advantage Flying Base and extension
3x Double-sided Pilot Skill discs
1x Aircraft Card
1x Assembly instruction leaflet

Tupolev SB-2

Tupolev SB-2

Tupolev SB-2

Although an advanced design in the 1930s, the Tupolev SB-2 was rapidly becoming obsolete when hostilities began in 1941. Over 6,000 had been built, but few survived the first year of the invasion and the survivors were withdrawn from the front line service in 1942.

Contains:

3x Soviet Tupolev SB-2 Bomber
3x Decal sheet
3x Advantage Flying Base and extension
3x Double-sided Pilot Skill discs
1x Aircraft Card
