I don't tend to share a lot of personal information, but circumstances mean I would be a fool not to prepare as best I can – as such, I'll be posting more details as I work them out.
My son and I are moving to Vancouver for his bone marrow transplant. Every bit I can save up will help us for the months we are living there. Currently, the 'plan' is to move to the coast at the end of October – because we need to live close to the hospital for the month before, and the three to four months after, it means I need to find a place for us to stay downtown in one of the most expensive Canadian cities.
Every little bit I can save between now and then is important, and so a sale seems warranted.
Trying to set up another household in a new city means that for the first bit, I may not have my 3D printers with me: thankfully one of my merchants (Brian Venn of Ham Solo 3D Printing) has graciously stepped forward to both support and test-print my models for me – so I don't expect a big disruption to my Patreon (just a slower turn-around between when I finish a model and when I post it).
