- Hours: Full-time, 37.5 per week based at Nottingham HQ

Who Are Warlord Games?
Warlord Games is a fast-paced and growing company based in Nottingham. We design and manufacture in-house, the models and rules for historical and science fiction tabletop games.
Our products are sold worldwide through direct sales teams and the Warlord Web, including pro-active newsletter and website sales activity.
Our vision is simply to become the best historical wargames manufacturer in the world! To achieve this, we need self-sufficient, self-starters, motivated by achieving results and capable of operating across the entire Warlord team with a "can do" attitude.
Purpose:
- To attend retail show events throughout the U.K. and Europe.
- To help develop and support gaming events.
- To support the development of the Warlord Games hobby.
Responsible for:
- Booking events that Warlord Games will attend.
- Stock orders for events.
- Presentation of Warlord range of products at retailing events and shows.
- Logistics organisation inclusive of setup and breakdown.
- Organisation of staff assigned to events.
- Transportation and return of stock to and from events.
- Accurately recording all event sales.
- Replenishment of show stock, orders to be placed minimum of two weeks prior to an event.
- All required stock checks.
- Organisation of suitable staffing for events.
- Positive representation of Warlord Games.
- Social media promotion of events Warlord is attending.
Accountable for:
- Ordering and maintaining show stock, show orders must be placed two weeks prior to the event.
- Achievement of budgeted sales.
- Accurate reporting of all event costs incurred.
- Attendance at budgeted shows.
- All required stock checks.
Skills
- Must be able to work weekends and within Europe.
- Hobby knowledge, ideally a player of Warlord Games.
- Computer literate with good understanding of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Current and Clean Driving License and holder of a current passport.
