One Roll Battles

This is a tabletop strategy game, placing you in charge of one side of a large battle. As the name suggests, each attack is handled by a single dieroll, allowing for quick, large games with lots of units. However, despite this simplicity, the number of different tactical roles a unit type can have is near-infinite.

The game works fine with cut-out bits of cardboard representing each unit, though if you have 3-6mm models on appropriate bases, it provides an opportunity to use. The flexibility of the rules allows you to accurately represent whatever models you have, or whatever you want to draw on card.

Besides the content of this file, the only things needed to play are a space a bit larger than an A3 sheet of paper, a number of ten-sided dice, and something to mark unit hit points with.

Designed as a two-player. but easy and fun to play self versus self.
