I'm very sorry to hear about the delayed retirement as well.

Excellent news for we member of the gaming community though, and I am looking forward to your continued success with such a nice range of gaming products.

TimeCast Sponsoring Member of TMP of TimeCast writes:

Earlier this year, we took the reluctant decision to put TimeCast up for sale. This decision was made on the basis that Barrie would be retiring at the end of the year.

Unfortunately, our timing was a bit off as the present economic circumstances, which have been hugely affected by world events such as Russia's invasion of the Ukraine and the economic fallout from the Covid epidemic, means that our planned sale of the business is increasingly unlikely at the present time.

As a result, we have been having a major rethink about how to proceed. After much thought, we have decided to remain in business, and to restructure TimeCast so that it can essentially be run by one person. To this end, we will be looking at taking on additional product lines, in order to branch into other gaming genres while maintaining our existing TimeCast ranges.

For our customers, it means that the TimeCast range of Cold War models, model buildings, scenic accessories, and flexible latex terrain will remain in production here in Shrewsbury.

At the same time, we will continue to import the ever-popular and expanding range of 15mm Old Glory 15s and Rank & File military miniatures from 19th Century Miniatures in the U.S.A.
