Many, many thanks to everyone who came and joined in the participation game, or just came to chat to us. As Rich mentioned above, the award really is due to the players who came by and joined in the game. Thank you all!

Best WWII Rules

Here on Lard Island, we're just back from our trip to Crisis in Antwerp, and we are really very happy to announce that Chain of Command won the award for the Best Participation Game of the show. We were up against some incredible competition, with some really great-looking games on display, so this is an award we are really proud of.

Best WWII Rules

As well as Chain of Command, we had The Raiders supplement for Dux Britanniarum being run by our pals from the South East Scotland Wargames Club, who worked tirelessly, resplendent in their kilts, for the whole day. So Lard was well represented at Europe's premier wargames show.

Chain of Command and Dux Britanniarum are both available at toofatlardies.co.uk.
