ACWBill of Good Ground Miniatures, Inc. writes:

The Troup-Hurt House was truly Between the Lines at the Battle of Atlanta; July 22, 1864. Made famous by its inclusion in the massive Atlanta Cyclorama, the house was only partially completed as the battle began. Around noon on that day, the Confederate attack captured the area in and around the home. At 4:30PM, General John A. "Black Jack" Logan led the Union counterattack. This is the moment depicted in the Cyclorama. It is also the moment I chose to re-create in the little vignette shown here.

Troup with Troops

The Troup-Hurt House was created for our Between the Lines range of models, by Mike Randles.

The real home was never completed, but ours was!
