What an entertaining exchange!!

I am not pro-plastic but the Italian Knight may just make it impossible not to succumb unless there will be equal quality metals as well.

Currently painting a regiment of Perry's Prussian Kurassiers and they're superb and of course metal!

Perry Miniatures of Perry Miniatures writes:

These are the last batch of 28mm metal releases for this month, this time for the Wars of the Roses range. Obviously, they can be used for the European Armies range, as well.

Laborers, dead, and wounded

There is a slim possibility of having the plastic Mounted Men-at-Arms 1450-1500 available for Salute, but if not, they'll be out shortly after. The box contains twelve mounted figures with four different bodies/armor types (Italian, German, English/Flemish, and Italian with coat), with bridle arms attached. There is a variety of weapons included, including lances (both couched and upright), sword, mace, hammer and axe. Fingers are attached to each weapon and supplied separate from the arms. There are three or four arm positions for each of the armor types. There are also 36 new heads (twelve different), that are interchangeable with the previous plastic medieval figures. The horses are in three pieces, with interchangeable body halves and heads, plus separate Italian and German body armor.
