Borrowing The Army: Napoleonic

A conversion ruleset for my grand-tactical American Civil War ruleset, Borrowing the Army. Please note: You will need the base game to play this. There are four pages of rules additions or changes to show the operational and tactical changes from warfare in 1861 to the fighting 50 years earlier. Railroads are out, while crucial roads, heavy cavalry, and Guards units are in. I have also changed rules to include Napoleon himself as a commander, and to reflect the fact that close combat in the Napoleonic era was often at the point of the sword.

Of course, just including a ruleset without the means of testing it wouldn't be as fun. Therefore, you also get the scenario Nearest Run Thing to refight the Hundred Days campaign which culminated at Waterloo. Orders of battle for the Allies Coalition (led by Wellesley and Blücher) and the French (under Napoleon himself) are available, along with a campaign map to fight two weeks of combat. Can you win a more significant victory that Wellington and Marshal Forwards at Waterloo, or as Napoleon will you defeat each Coalition army separately, buying more time to hold back the Coalition hordes?

Happy Gaming!
