Erhardt E-V/4

WW1V07 - Erhhart E-V/4 - £16.00 GBP

This is a resin model with metal parts.

A total of 43 Erhhart E-V/4s were built, three as prototypes and two production orders of 20 each. Crew complement of eight or nine, with three machineguns as standard (extra machineguns were often added by the crews).

Initially sent to the Western Front, they were found to be of no real use on the battlefield, so were sent to the Eastern Front, where they were very effective in the more open terrain. After the Russian Revolution, they were used as internal security in Germany, where the height of the cars meant they were very useful for crowd control, the crew being able to see over the crowd. Erhhart E-V/4s were still in use almost up to the Second World War.

Also coming very soon is a British WWI anti-aircraft truck and crew. Price as yet to be confirmed.
