Finger and Toe Models announces the release of the 28mm cardstock Thunderbolt in four flying service color schemes and four base textures. Built by Omni-Planets Industries' Aviation Industries Division (AVID) on Sojaris Prime, the Thunderbolt close air support aircraft sports massive firepower. The vertical lift fans are too small to actually provide true vertical lift except for landing and take-off, but they do give the pilot extreme maneuverability – perfect for combat in close or urban terrain, and a certain surprise for attacking enemy fighters. A chin-mounted sniper pod serves two functions – it provides targeting for the Spitfire missiles, and can transmit targeting information to any allied networked ground unit.

Beneath the fuselage are a multi-laser pod and a Gun Rotary Automatic-30 pod. The GRA-30 can defeat all but the heaviest armor on vehicles and bunkers, while the multi-laser can handle soft targets. For heavier targets, there is an eight-missile dorsal-mounted pod of Spitfire multi-function, precision-guided fire-and-forget missiles. For defense, the Thunderbolt relies upon three decoy/countermeasure launchers on the trailing edge of each wing.

The four color schemes give the player a range of choices, while the bases offer urban rubble, dirt, Martian Red, or good old mud. With the numerous color schemes, you can field different forces without having to buy a different model for your opposing infantry.

The Thunderbolt instructions come with a data sheet identifying the vehicle features, capabilities, and history to help you adapt it to your favorite ruleset and background.

Remember, every Finger and Toe model comes with smoosh assurance: if ya'll smoosh your Thunderbolt, a new one waits your summons from hard drive and printer.

The Thunderbolt is available from rpgnow.com or wargamevault.com for $5.00 USD.
