Hello!

My name is Kenny Noe, and I'm the Sales Manager at Old Dominion Game Works LLC. We are a hobbyist-owned company that writes tabletop wargame rules for play with miniatures.

The wargame rules we sell are printed by our Print on Demand partner in small quantities. This keeps our rule and supplement book inventories at a manageable level. We request re-prints when inventories become low.

Recently it was discovered that there was an issue with the latest printing of our naval wargame ruleset – General Quarters 3.3.

This only affects the printed copies of GQ3. All digital sales/downloads are fine.

There was a problem in the printing process where several pages recording various countries' ship logs were left out. Steps have been taken to address this issue with our printing partner.

We have identified 46 out of the 50 purchased copies and have contacted them individually to resolve the issue.

If you are one of the remaining GQ3.3 owners and realize your copy is missing ship logs, you can take the following steps:

  • Register your copy of GQ3 on ODGWs website. You have access to all the files (including the ship logs) in PDF format, plus a "boatload" of other files in the GQ3 private download library that will enhance your gaming experience. Registration of your GQ3 ruleset requires the registration page that was included in your printed copy. There is a serial number located at the bottom of the page that will enable you to complete the registration. Here is the URL to complete registration.
  • Or if you prefer pre-printed copies, we can mail them to you after confirming your product serial number.

If you have any troubles, you can complete a Support Request Ticket.

We will do our best to assist you. My humblest apologies for this issue and any concerns it may have caused.

Thank You for Your Understanding & Supporting ODGW!
