Come now surely an experienced naval gamer, such as yourself, would have no trouble making it work with a different set of rules.

Honestly I don't see how a naval campaign can be so tied to a ruleset that it can't be played with another.

But perhaps I'm dim. Have you ever found a naval campaign game that can only be played a single particular ruleset?

This book provides a complete set of rules for running a campaign game covering the critical early phases of the naval war in the Atlantic during World War II.
