Yes 1914-15 North Sea, up to Dogger Bank essentially. includes campaign events elsewhere that draw resources away from the forces you can use in the North Sea.

Looks extremely playable – more so than the WW2 ones (in that it looks more accessible)

ODGW Kenny of Old Dominion GameWorks writes:

Old Dominion Game Works announces the release of another Decision at Seas campaign book in the GQ III series.

The North Seas Campaign Is Now Available!

North Seas Campaign

This campaign game, focusing on the early war, offers players a chance to fight out a series of actions that helped shape the campaign, and that offered the possibility of a major fleet action.

Players will face both strategic and tactical decisions, and the fog of war (sometimes literally on the North Sea) may confer advantages or devastating disadvantages.

The campaign is compatible with virtually any miniatures ruleset. The strategic decision model provides replayabililty as no two campaigns will be the same, especially combined with a wide variation in possible tactical encounters. And there is always the possibility that control of the North Sea will come down to one afternoon.

This book joins the other Decision at Seas campaign books, like The Solomons Campaign and Sudden Storm. Find all these on our website.
