The Hann are a hive species, but unlike other such creatures in the galaxy, they have a high degree of independent thought. Fleeing tyrannical hive masters, some Hann set up as traders at outposts across the 23rd Sector.

Alternative Armies News for August 2021
This month is a bit different from normal. Our Summer Campaign 2021 event (giving 20% off automatically at check-out on all orders) is about to end at 9AM GMT 3rd August 2021, so if you wish to get in on it, then act fast. Secondly, we are, unfortunately, about to raise our prices sitewide by 10% to 20% on almost all our ranges. This will occur across the month, range by range, as we will also be overhauling text and images too.
There are two major releases at Alternative Armies this month. Loud Ninja Games will present The Ikwen Uprising, with all of the codes from their just-failed-to-fund Kickstarter, on their pages of the website. As well as on the new codes, there will be a blanket discount on the entire range of existing 15mm sci-fi which Loud Ninja Games has. The Ikwen are coming! This will occur all within August. Secondly as promised, our Erin Celtic Mythology 28mm scale range will return to the website, as it has now been overhauled and a couple of not-seen miniatures will be there too. Once back online, we will be adding brand-new pictures, code group by code group, beginning with the Fomorian Sea Devils. Look out for news articles on these.
Regular Releases
There will be a new release for Flintloque in the Confederation of Finklestein, a pack of four Legion de Nain veterans, which are great character infantry poses which fit right into line, grenadier or light sections and units. Following up on the Phree in the Frontear range, John Bell has sculpted Phree Riders, adding cavalry to the foot poses for their avian native Amerkan fellows. In the HOT 15mm fantasy range, a brand-new resin creature will come out – a fictional dinosaur which will be the cavalry mount for the Savage Lizardmen, but has been asked for in its own right. A restored classic 1980s miniature into the Guild Room, the Apothecary shall appear too.
