We're very proud and excited to announce that we've just taken delivery of the third book in the On Bloody Ground series of mass-combat wargames rules!

OBG – Caesars Campaigns

Caesars Campaigns covers the period between 58BC to 44BC, during the late Roman Republic, and contains army lists for Caesarian Romans, Early Germanics, Gallic Tribes, Ancient Britons, Late Ptolemaic Egyptians, Late Pontics, and Numidians.

Players are able to use a variety of generic commanders that each have the potential to impact the outcome of battle with orders and leadership options, or alternatively to choose characters from history such as Julius Caesar and Mark Anthony or Pompey Magnus, Ariovistus, Vercingetorix, Cassivellaunus, Ptolemy XIII and his interfering eunuch Pothinus, King Pharnasses II, or the ambitious King Juba I.

Add to this the wide variety of troops available in each army list, and the options to fight one-off wargames or the big battles from history, are at every players' fingertips!

Each edition of On Bloody Ground is a period-specific, 64-page, A4 perfect-bound, mass-combat rulebook, with common-sense rules for movement, shooting and combat, along with a command-and-orders structure which produces a highly tactical, dynamic, and versatile wargame, that is great fun for both seasoned gamers and beginners alike.

Caesars Campaigns has been added to our website, and is available now, priced at just £15.00 GBP, plus P&P.

The front cover artwork for Caesars Campaigns is by the amazingly talented Giuseppe Rava: g-rava.it.
