Dien Bien Phu

The first release for our new Dien Bien Phu range about the French-Indochina War is finally ready. It has been a long journey, but I must say that it was definitively worth the wait. For this, we must firstly thank Paul Hicks for his masterful work, and for saving our project in the first place. thumbs up

The figures will be available at Salute from the Empress Miniatures stand, and via our website at redstarminiatures.eu around the same time. They will also be distributed by Age of Glory in the U.S.

In this first release, we have:

DBP001 – Paratroopers half squad without heads
DBP002 – Paratroopers half squad without heads
DBP003 – Paratroopers command
DBP004 – Paratroopers 60mm mortar team (moving & firing)
DBP005 – Paratroopers .30 mg team (moving & firing)
DBP Heads A – in M1 helmet
DBP Heads B – in M1 helmet

Figures

We will make other heads in the future, firstly with bush hats, then with the para cap (Bigeard style)…. But first, we will release some of those sly commies... We are also planning more support models, such as the recoilless gun, and ultimately we want to expand the range toward Algeria…

We hope you will like them as much as we do.

If you are at Salute, come have a chat with us there, as we are playing a WWII game at table GG03.

Cheers!
