For a good long while now, Mongoose Publishing has been working on a new edition of Victory at Sea, the game of naval combat during World War II. Due for release at the end of this year, we believe the time is now right for an Open Playtest.
You are cordially invited to the Victory at Sea Open Playtest forum, where you can download the ruleset for the game, as it currently stands, and join like-minded players in a critique of the mechanics.
