Admiral Kuznetsov and air wing

This is part of our navy miniatures range, the famous Admiral Kuznetsov!

The Admiral Kuznetsov is Russia's sole aircraft carrier, serving as the flagship of the Russian Navy. Commissioned in 1991, it was designed during the Soviet era with the primary role of supporting air defense for naval groups, rather than projecting airpower like Western carriers. The carrier is equipped with a ski-jump ramp for launching fixed-wing aircraft, including Sukhoi Su-33 fighters and MIG-29 multirole jets, as well as Kamov Ka-27 helicopters for anti-submarine and search-and-rescue missions (miniatures included). Unlike Western carriers, the Admiral Kuznetsov has a range of heavy anti-ship and air-defense missiles (included). Despite its importance to Russian naval strategy, the ship has faced significant mechanical issues and has spent long periods in repair, including a fire in 2019 that further delayed its return to service.

Like our sister product, the complete Royal Navy Fleet, with these unique 2D, overhead-view, full-color, highly detailed, individual counters, you can reenact scenarios alongside modern warfare rulesets like Harpoon, or just to admire one of the most famous ships in naval circles.

Alongside the Admiral Kuznetsov are:

18 Sukhoi Su-33
6 Mig 29
4 Ka-31
2 Ka-27
17 SA-N-9
9 SS-N-19 Shipwreck
11 SS-N-22 Sunburn
11 AS-17 Krypton
17 AA-10 Alamo
8 AA-11 Archer
6 UMGT-1 Torpedo
6 APR-2 Yastreb torpedo

The illustrations are drawn using vectors in full color, and can be printed out as many times as you require. Ships are in 1:2400 scale. For better visibility, missiles are larger in scale and aircraft are in 1:700.
