New 28mm Dismounted Dragoons

I thought the main use of Foot Dragoons was in 1806/7 when there were not enough decent horses available and several whole regiments were used as infantry. I'm not aware (but stand to be corrected) of large scale organised use after then. These do look to be in the later pattern coats which is a pity.
