You are correct. Articles by myself (and perhaps other authors) have been removed upon request. And yes, I contracted for the rights to Wally Simon's writings, bringing the best of his work out -- published Volume 3 just in time for Cold Wars last month.

I suppose I should add I obtained rights to Brother Aelred's rules and writings that appeared in Monk's Corner. Just brought out his As Per Margin age of sail naval rules just in the nick of time for Cold Wars. Working on a few of his other ones for later this year -- they take a little longer because I have to create the graphics for the examples, create a QRS, root through several issues that contained errata and extra rules, and add some of my own optional rules to create one comprehensive ruleset.
