Battle for Sephai: Full Scale War

An epic-scale game designed for 10mm or 15mm miniatures. The book comes with a complete world and setting, based in the year 2250AD.

On the blasted plains of Sephai Prime, players command massive armies made up of tank companies, mech clans, waves of infantry, and wings of grav-jets, supported by batteries of artillery and the thunder of superheavy leviathans.

Battle for Sephai uses an initiative activation system – each unit activates in initiative order, and may make up to two actions. This means that swift units like war-buggies and grav-troops can get the drop on heavier forces, who rely upon sheer armor to survive and retaliate.

Infantry models use 'elemental' bases – each representing a complete squad. Vehicle models may be based or not, depending on the player's discretion. Game play uses D6 and the scatter dice. Rules are written to be intuitive, and combat uses two rolls – roll to hit, roll to defeat armor. Players can add complexity if they like through advanced rules, but this is not a necessity to enjoy the game.
