Legends of Kalidasia 10th Anniversary is the latest rules update to Legends of Kalidasia: Heroes of the Heragul. This edition smooths out some of the most difficult parts of the game, make fighters play a more consistent role in battle, reduces the impact of "double strikes," and cleans up some of the tokens on the field.
Even with these changes, the game still keeps its abstracted physics method of movement, designed to capture the tactical feel of orbital mechanics without the complex details.
The new movement system replaces the path-building template system with a simpler system that still captures most of the tactical flexibility.
A change to how Sensor Tokens are deployed will reduce the power of double strikes across two turns, and will help to keep the board a bit cleaner of tokens.
Fighter wings now have limited respawning capability, and an area of control aspect to these rules adds a new element of fighter superiority to the game play.
