We very recently sent Ancient History Magazine 5 off to the printer. Just in time for the summer Olympics, this issue takes a look at athletic festivals in ancient Greece. While the Olympic Games are mentioned, we devote special attention to other competitions of the period, including the Nemean Games, the Isthmian Games, and the Pythian Games.
