It's time to kick off proceedings for 2018, and the honors for this year go to the 17th and 18th centuries.

First out of the blocks are two new WEC horse codes:

WEC16

We have horse in continental pot helmet and horse in hat:

WEC17

These codes are particularly useful for those assembling Thirty Years War armies, and I know have been eagerly anticipated by lots of you out there.

Moving forward a few years, the entire range of Spanish Succession flagsheets has been redesigned and expanded. The old sheets were amongst our oldest examples and were in need of an update, not least because of the new research that has emerged since they were originally produced.

As is the case with all of our latest flags, these have been produced with vector graphics which give much clearer and sharper results than our older bitmaps. The improvement is immediately clear.

Work is continuing on lots more goodies to come over the next few months. Our next set of releases won't be too far away, and this time, we'll be switching our attention to the Great War…
