Scott Mingus, on behalf of Ivor Janci, writes:

Volume 2 of Enduring Valor: Gettysburg in Miniature will debut at Origins. This is the 2nd in a planned series of three volumes of regimental-level wargaming scenarios covering the fighting in and around Gettysburg, PA, in the summer of 1863.

Volume 2 covers the action from the middle of day 2 through to day 3, and includes scenarios for Pickett's Charge, Culp's Hill, East Cemetery Hill, and many others, including cavalry scenarios such as Custer's fight at East Cavalry Field. The booklets are full-color, and include many photographs of Gettysburg wargames in progress, outstanding custom-built dioramas, battlefield terrain photographs, and colorized illustrations from the old Battles and Leaders books.

For those not attending Origins, Volumes 1 and 2 will be on sale at Historicon at a number of dealers, including Battlefield Terrain Concepts and The Last Square. As an alternative, they may be ordered via the internet directly from the publisher, Ivor Janci.

The manuscript for Undying Courage: Antietam in Miniature has been completed, and we expect this additional booklet series to be in print in 2004. It will cover South Mountain, Harpers Ferry, and Antietam.
