One for the bigger scales next, with a mining set now available comprising of brick engine house and winding gear, for both 20mm and 28mm scales.

These setups would have been found across Britain in the 19th and early 20th centuries, with the house containing a steam engine for either hoisting the mined materials to the surface, or pumping water out from the mine below.

They're probably not the most in-demand wargaming item, but they'll make a nice addition to any 'What if?'-type games like A Very British Civil War.
