Happy New Year Everyone, Thanks for the Support in 2016!

I made a fair bit of progress with the Fantasy Warr range last year, moving from physical sculpting to digital sculpting and printing. I had a few teething troubles trying to get the 3D print material to fall in line with our molding process. We got there in the end and it's working really well, I'm really happy with the results, thanks to Regal Enterprises.

So with the digital sculpts, I'm managing to get tighter, smaller details and more realistic proportions, which is a bonus for everyone (to be honest, my eyes are getting a bit old these days and strain to focus without magnification at this size).

Creating enough Geladan (Baboon men) for a warband has meant that now that I've teamed with ZombieSmith, there are enough figures for a skirmish battle with the Minotaur. Yes, even though the Geladan look ferocious and feral with their bared teeth, they are noble creatures defending their lands against the tide of death and pestilence that the Minotaur and Satyr bring with them. A ruleset is imminent, I'll let you know when the basic first draft is available for download.

New Geladan Figures Will be Available Soon!

And a range of Barbarians is on its way, the first almost finished (W.I.P.) is pictured here:

And a couple of older figures that have been re-released on the ZombieSmith website: Raptors large and small (didn't get the time to announce them last year…):

Large Raptor

After I've completed a bunch of barbarians, I'll be starting on a few more Dwarves, Elves, Orcs, Vampires and Undead… convert some Geladan for science fiction… maybe another small dragon, I think! That should keep me busy!

Check out my 28mm-32mm ranges of fantasy, sci-fi and 54mm historical on garyhuntminiatures.com and ZombieSmith or Facebook.
