Ok no problem.
Probably a bit too big physically for the PP POE rules though.
The PP ones are 1/450th and have been around for about 20 years. They were built specifically for pirate and buccaneer actions. That was the scale we found best for these actions with smaller ships.
But wargaming is a broad church, so folk can use any size they like and good luck to them.

Peter Pig first released the Pieces of Eight pirate range in 2000.

The new Pieces of Eight rules are due out at the start of March 2019. This is in line with the usual "new edition" cycle of nine years.

POE (Pieces Of Eight) splits the action into two parts. Part 1 is the land raids played on a 3' x 2' table for 15mm, and 4' by 1.5' in 25mm. Part 2 is the sea fights. 1:450th scaled ships with accessories.

Swivel gunners

This month, we bring you two new boxed sets designed to go with the forthcoming rules. Also, some new 15mm packs for the game.

Dockside characters

Videos and supporting material due out in January 2019. A really great game with history at the center. More Black Sails than Depp.

Thank You!
