To all customers shopping from outside of the U.K.:

We have made some changes to our website. Our website is now regional, making it simpler and easier for you to shop with us, and for us to ensure your order gets with you as quickly as possible.

You will need to reset your password before you order next. We have also included a brief statement explaining why we are regionalizing our business in more detail.

Upon the website being activated, you will be receiving an email from Warlord Games regarding your user account – your account will need to be re-activated manually for GDPR reasons, which will be a simple confirmation process done by following the links that will be sent out.

Thank you for continuing to shop with us.

Kind Regards!

For More Information about the Regionalisation of the websites and to see answers to any questions you may have, you can check our FAQ and Information page here.

A Statement from Karl Oliver-Kyriacou, E-commerce Manager at Warlord Games

Warlord Games has moved their website to a regional model. This means that we now have effectively three websites: one for the United Kingdom, one for the European Union countries, and one for the United States and the Rest of the World.

As you know, the last 18 months have been interesting and challenging for all business. On top of a global pandemic that has changed the lives of everyone, we have also had to negotiate the ever-changing landscape of a post-Brexit Britain.

In order for us to be as quick and effective at sending and processing orders as we can, we have taken the decision to split our websites into three distinct regions, which will allow us to better serve those regions and ensure that the correct processes are followed for the correct country.

Thank you for continuing to do business with us, and we look forward to seeing you soon.

Kind Regards!
