After the experience of gas in World War I, the Americans added a Chemical Corps into the army, armed with 4.2″ mortars to fire poisonous gas. The near-total absence of chemicals on the battlefield in World War II led to a rapid reorganization of these units, which became heavy mortar sections.

Cost: 46 points (Inexperienced), 65 points (Regular), 84 points (Veteran)
Team: 4 men
Weapon: 1 heavy mortar
Options: May add a spotter for +10 points
Special Rules: Team Weapon, Fixed, Indirect fire, HE
