Wargame Vault announces the availability of:

A set of fast-play rules for late ironclad/early pre-dreadnought fleet battles of the 1870s and 1880s. Based on the successful Dahlgren and Columbiad system, the rules include a completely revised stat system to reflect the far larger, more heavily armored and heavily armed ships of the era. Included with the rules are ship statistics for British, French, German and Italian fleets.
