No, it's due to nearly all air traffic between the West and Asia having been cut off by the ongoing US-Iran war.

Two out of the three existing commercial aircraft routes do pass over the Arabian peninsula. All airports in there are at risk now.

The third one goes over Turkey, Iran (guess the risk) and Afghanistan (another funny air space).

That's what happens when you start a war without pondering consequences before.
