We have released another free Beestwars update.

Yes, The Barbarian Beestwars v1.2 skirmish game now has special abilities for shamans. Josh from ZombieSmith/Steel Wool Games (Quar/Shieldbash/The Horus Heresy: Betrayal at Calth VR) and Anthony have been hard at work devising their magic mechanic along with some extra combat special abilities. The Beestwars PDF now has illustrations and extra stats for using my recently (and soon-to-be) released barbarians, the Hyenamen shapeshifters. 28mm/32mm range.

The download is available from my website and also on ZombieSmith.

If you are already familiar with the ZombieSmith Shieldbash rules, you'll pick up these rules in no time. You can even use some of the Shieldbash extras not yet featured featured in Beestwars.

A separate PDF containing status markers, stat cards, cheat sheets, and more will be added soon, and there are also two short stories that need illustrations before I release them.

Check out the latest barbarian figures.

The first Hyenaman shapeshifter (Gnoll) has been 3Dprinted, but will be waiting patiently for me to finish the barbarian on leaping Warbeest before I can mold and release him.

Flick your email address to garyhuntminiatures@gmail.com if you want to be on my mailing list, or follow me on Facebook where you will get more frequent news and updates.

When the next two figures are released, I'll add the Hyenaman Warband figure pack to accompany the already released Clovis (Minotaur/Satyr) and Geladan (Baboon-men).

So choose your warband! Fix those tribal rivalries and exact your revenge!

A selection of my minis are now available, fully assembled and ink-washed pewter, on the Weta workshop website.
